Aspire People are currently looking for an experienced **Teaching Assistant** to support pupils within a primary school environment.

The school is seeking someone with a strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum who can confidently support classroom learning and deliver targeted interventions.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to help pupils make progress and achieve their potential.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supporting learning across the primary curriculum
* Delivering small-group intervention sessions
* Supporting Reading, Phonics, Writing, and Maths development
* Helping pupils who need additional academic support
* Assisting teachers with classroom activities and resources
* Encouraging independence and positive learning behaviours

**Requirements:**
* Recent experience working within a UK primary school
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
* Experience supporting intervention work
* Confident working with different age groups
* Positive and professional approach
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
