This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and making a positive impact on children''s learning and development.The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers to support pupils in the classroom, provide one-to-one and small group interventions, and help create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.Essential RequirementsA Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) OR previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant.An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, or a willingness to obtain one.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A caring, patient, and positive attitude.The ability to support pupils with a range of learning needs.A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.ResponsibilitiesSupport the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils.Assist in preparing classroom resources and activities.Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagement.Support pupils with additional needs where required.Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.What We OfferCompetitive rates of pay.Weekly ..... full job details .....
