What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:

• Designing engaging, imaginative lessons that inspire a love of learning.
• Creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every child feels safe and valued.
• Monitoring pupil progress and adapting your teaching approach to meet their needs.
• Working closely with fellow staff and parents to ensure each childandrsquo;s development.
• Promoting positive behaviour and building a respectful, confident classroom culture.

• A fully qualified primary teacher (QTS or equivalent) ready to make a meaningful impact.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
