About the Role:
A vibrant and welcoming primary school in Great Missenden is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join their team in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-resourced environment with a committed leadership team and collaborative staff.

Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Deliver engaging, creative, and well-structured lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
andbull; Support pupils'' academic progress, personal development, and wellbeing
andbull; Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
andbull; Use assessment to monitor pupil outcomes and plan next steps
andbull; Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
andbull; Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold its values

Qualifications andamp; Requirements:
andbull; Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
andbull; Experience teaching within the primary phase, ideally in Key Stage 2
andbull; Strong classroom management skills and high expectations for pupil achievement
andbull; Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills
andbull; A reflective, proactive, and flexible teaching approach
