EYFS / KS1 Primary Teacher - EOTAS TuitionQuantum Scholars is seeking a qualified EYFS or KS1 Primary Teacher to deliver 1:1 tuition and personalised learning support for a primary-aged pupil accessing Education Other Than At School (EOTAS) in Wokingham.This is a rewarding opportunity to have a genuine impact on a young person''s educational journey through tailored, home-based tuition.The RoleDeliver 12 hours of one-to-one tuition per week (working days to be agreed)Plan and deliver personalised learning tailored to the pupil''s individual needs and abilitiesBuild a positive, trusting, and supportive relationship with the learnerEncourage engagement, confidence, and independenceMonitor progress and provide written feedback where requiredWork independently within a home-based learning environmentAbout the PupilYou will be supporting a primary-aged learner who is non-verbal and has complex additional needs. We are looking for a compassionate and adaptable teacher who has experience supporting children with SEND and can create a calm, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.RequirementsThe successful candidate will have:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Experience supporting children or young people with SEND and/or SEMH needsA patient, nurturing, and flexible approachExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsThe confidence to work independently in a home-based settingA genuine passion for helping young people overcome barriers to learning and reach their full ..... full job details .....
