Primary Teacher with QTS

Empowering Learning are working with various schools in the Redcar area and are seeking dedicated Primary Teachers that are passionate about childrens education.

You will need to have previous experience and will hold a Degree/PGCE with QTS.

Also, you will need to hold a current Enhanced DBS that is on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.

The applicant should be able to demonstrate:

• Excellent practice in Teaching and Learning
• An ability to inspire and motivate children to learn through stimulating and original ideas
• Great knowledge of the curriculum
• Hold a PGCE with QTS qualification
• An understanding of the key role of assessment, leading to pupil progress
• The ability to work well in a range of teams and promote excellent outcomes for all our children
• The ability to develop positive relationships with children, parents and support services
• A creative and enthusiastic approach
• A specialist subject/interest in an area that would benefit our pupils
