Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Have experience working in a school environment. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
