Part-Time Key Stage 1 TeacherLocation: Fylde areaContract Type: Part-time (Thursdays and Fridays)Start Date: 3rd SeptemberWe are seeking a passionate and committed Part-Time Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a friendly and supportive primary school. The successful candidate will be responsible for a mixed Year 1/Year 2 class, delivering high-quality education and fostering a nurturing learning environment.Day-to-day of the role:Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality lessons aligned with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.Manage a mixed Year 1/2 classroom effectively, ensuring a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.Assess, track, and support pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.Collaborate with the class teacher and wider school team to enhance educational outcomes.Uphold high standards of behaviour and safeguarding within the classroom.Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 1.Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.Experience with mixed-age classes is desirable but not essential.Excellent classroom management skills.A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude towards teaching.Benefits:A welcoming and supportive school environment.Well-behaved and engaged pupils.Opportunities for ongoing professional development.Competitive daily rate, dependent on experience.To apply for this ..... full job details .....
