Vision for Education, in partnership with Spark Education Trust, is looking to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers to work across a number of welcoming primary schools in the Eaglescliffe area.

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching where required.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain high expectations.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
• Contribute to the wider school community and uphold school values.

To be considered for this role, you will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Be passionate about supporting children''s learning and development.
• Be adaptable, flexible, and confident working across different year groups and school environments.
• Have a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcomes for all pupils.
