The Role and School   Are you an enthusiastic, bubbly and engaging individual ready for a new Primary Teaching role in a mainstream setting within the Salford? The role is to cover a Key Stage 2, Year 3 class until the end of the academic year. The class size is around 29 children and has the support of a TA in class. The role would suit someone who has additional experience with SEND and those that may need adaptive measures to reah their full potential.    Key Responsibilities    Help create a positive and comfortable environment for the class, whilst also monitoring classroom management and assisting with behaviour support.  Be proactive in your approach building reatioships from day 1.   Be able to adapt and adjust various activities and experiences in school for the class. This includes planning for and helping them with settling into this, so every student can fully participate.
