Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the London Borough of Bexley to recruit an enthusiastic EYFS or Key Stage 1 primary teacher for a full-time long-term role starting in September 2026.

This exciting opportunity is available for the full academic year and offers the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate. The school is seeking a passionate and dedicated teacher who can deliver engaging lessons, inspire young learners, and contribute positively to the wider school community.

The successful candidate will be paid to scale from day one on the Outer London Pay Scale and will take on full classroom responsibilities.

• Planning and delivering creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons
• Assessing, recording, and reporting on pupil progress
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Managing behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
• Attending staff meetings, training sessions, and school events
• Supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have recent experience teaching within EYFS or KS1
• Demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge
• Be committed to high standards of teaching and learning
• Have excellent communication and classroom management skills
