Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to work on a supply basis across a successful and supportive Trust of schools in Sheffield. As a Supply Primary Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons across a range of year groups within primary schools.
• Follow school planning and adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all pupils.
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support pupils'' academic progress, confidence and personal development.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and school communities.
• Provide continuity of learning and maintain high expectations in the absence of the class teacher.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• A strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to quickly establish positive relationships.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to working across different schools.
• A genuine passion for inspiring and supporting children to achieve their potential.
