Primary Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and experienced primary school teacher to lead a KS1 or KS2 class within a mainstream primary setting. The successful candidate will create a nurturing and engaging learning environment, deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum, and work collaboratively with teaching assistants and staff to support pupils'' academic and social development.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of studentsManage classroom behaviour through positive reinforcement strategies and behaviour management techniques, in line with school policiesAssess student progress regularly, providing feedback and support to enhance learning outcomesCreate an inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation from allMaintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviourAssist with the preparation of information to support EHCP review meetingsSkillsStrong communication skillsKnowledge of the primary curriculumPrevious experience of working in a special school is desirableProficient in behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom environmentAbility to educate diverse groups of children with a range of special needsRequirementsEnhanced valid DBS (we can support with this)Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Experience teaching KS1 and/or KS2Strong classroom management skillsGood knowledge of the primary curriculumCommitment to ..... full job details .....
