      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: £180 - £250 per day | Type: Full time | Primary Teacher – SEMH Class – South Birmingham   Are you an experienced Primary Teacher or SEMH Teacher looking for working with pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a supportive and welcoming setting?   This role would suit a QTS Primary Teacher who is confident working with pupils who may have experienced barriers to learning within mainstream education. You will teach a small class of pupils with SEMH needs, delivering a broad curriculum while adapting your approach to meet individual needs.  Previous experience working with SEMH or challenging behaviours is essential. You will need strong classroom management skills, a calm and consistent approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils who may present challenging behaviour.
