Our children thrive with consistency, creativity and adults who truly understand them.The RoleYou will lead a small class of pupils with SEN, supported by a high ratio of skilled Teaching Assistants. The role involves:Planning and delivering personalised, engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.Adapting the primary curriculum to meet EHCP outcomes and developmental stages.Leading and managing a team of Teaching Assistants within your classroom.Supporting pupils with communication needs, sensory differences and, at times, challenging behaviour.Creating a calm, safe and nurturing classroom environment where every success is celebrated.Who We''re Looking ForWe would love to hear from you if you:Are a qualified primary teacher with strong classroom practice (QTS is essential)Have experience working with pupils with SEN (in mainstream or specialist settings).Are confident leading, directing and positively managing support staff.Have a calm, patient and flexible approach.Are committed to inclusive ..... full job details .....
