Primary Teacher

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream primary school in Bradford who are looking to appoint a Primary Teacher to support pupils within Key Stage 1 / KS1. The school provides an inclusive learning environment, supporting children with a range of abilities and additional needs.

The school is looking to take on a dedicated Primary Teacher for day-to-day or long-term work, with an Immediate Start. The successful Primary Teacher will support KS1 pupils with a particular focus on phonics and guided reading, while confidently adapting teaching to meet the needs of children with SEND.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Primary teaching experience in the UK
• Experience teaching and supporting pupils within Key Stage 1 / KS1
• Strong knowledge of phonics and guided reading
• Experience supporting children with SEND
• Excellent classroom management and an adaptable approach
