Primary Teacher

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream primary school in Long Eaton who are looking to appoint a Primary Teacher. The school provides a supportive learning environment for pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, with a strong focus on maintaining consistency and high standards across the curriculum.

The school is looking to take on a full-time Primary Teacher from ASAP until Christmas 2026 to provide PPA cover across EYFS to KS2. The successful Primary Teacher will deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups, with no additional planning or teacher responsibilities required.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• QTS, with ECTs also welcomed to apply
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school
• Confidence working across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Strong classroom management skills
• The ability to adapt quickly between different year groups
• A positive and professional approach
