This rewarding role involves supporting pupils who are unable to access mainstream education due to SEND, SEMH, physical disabilities, medical needs or other barriers to learning. The successful Tutor will provide 1:1 tuition to Primary and Secondary-aged pupils, typically delivering around 3 hours of tutoring per day. Sessions may take place within the child''s home, a local education centre or a library. You will tailor learning to individual needs, deliver Maths, English and Functional Skills sessions, create scaffolds to support learning and use Pre-Key Stage assessments to monitor progress.
