Job Title: Key Stage 1 Teacher

Salary: £170 - £250 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Primary School in Salford, who are looking to appoint a Key Stage 1 Teacher. This welcoming school prides itself on its strong community ethos and fantastic facilities, creating a positive learning environment where both staff and pupils are encouraged to thrive.

The school is looking to take on a passionate Key Stage 1 Teacher on a long-term basis from September, with the potential to go permanent following a successful trial period. The successful Key Stage 1 Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupil progress and maintaining high expectations across the classroom. ECTs are welcomed and fully supported by the Senior Leadership Team.

The successful Key Stage 1 Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are welcomed to apply)

• Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 / KS1

• Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum

• Excellent classroom management skills

• The ability to create engaging and inclusive lessons

• A positive and proactive attitude towards teaching and learning
