Primary Teacher

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming primary school in Chesterfield that is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher, with relevant experience.

The successful Primary Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, creating a positive classroom environment and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential. You will be working with pupils across EYFS/KS1/KS2, following the national curriculum and adapting lessons to meet a range of learning needs.

Applicants must be able to comfortably travel to S44, by car, public transport or walking distance. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ECT who is looking to join a supportive school with friendly staff and a strong focus on pupil development.

The successful Primary Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
• A commitment to safeguarding and supporting every pupil
