The successful candidate will plan and deliver differentiated lessons, adapt learning materials to meet individual needs, and create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.You will work closely with the SENCO, support staff, and external professionals to implement EHCPs, track progress, and apply effective strategies to support pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties. The ability to manage behaviour positively and consistently is essential.The school is committed to inclusion and provides a collaborative and supportive leadership team.
