What You''ll Be Doing

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and purposeful lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Use a variety of teaching approaches to support pupils of differing abilities and learning styles.
• Track pupil achievement and implement strategies to maximise progress and attainment.
• Create a classroom culture where pupils feel motivated, supported, and confident to express their ideas.
• Work closely with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to the ongoing success of the school.
• Develop pupils'' academic, social, emotional, and personal skills through a broad and balanced curriculum.
• Promote high standards of behaviour, effort, and participation across all lessons.

We''re Looking For Someone Who

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Demonstrates strong curriculum knowledge and a genuine passion for primary education.
• Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Has the ability to inspire pupils and make learning accessible, relevant, and engaging.
• Is confident in planning and delivering lessons that meet the needs of a diverse range of learners.
• Is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
