Your Responsibilities:
- Plan and Deliver Engaging Lessons: Create stimulating and well-structured lessons that follow the Year 1 curriculum, covering core subjects including English, Maths, and the wider foundation subjects.
- Foster Early Literacy and Numeracy Skills: Support pupils in developing essential reading, writing, and numeracy skills through tailored activities and continuous assessment.
- Differentiate Learning: Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse needs of all pupils, including those with additional learning requirements.
- Create a Positive Learning Environment: Build a classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, respect, and confidence.
- Assess and Monitor Pupil Progress: Regularly track pupilsandrsquo; development using formative and summative assessments and use this data to inform your planning.
