Job Description:
- Plan and deliverandnbsp;engaging and creative lessonsandnbsp;in line with theandnbsp;KS2 National Curriculum
- Foster aandnbsp;positive and inclusive classroom environmentandnbsp;where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired
- Use a range ofandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentsandnbsp;to monitor progress and inform next steps
- Promoteandnbsp;independent learning,andnbsp;critical thinking, and aandnbsp;growth mindset
- Buildandnbsp;strong relationshipsandnbsp;with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development
- Contribute to the wider school community throughandnbsp;assemblies,andnbsp;school trips, andandnbsp;enrichment activities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teaching inandnbsp;Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 4 (desirable but not essential)
- Be aandnbsp;reflective and adaptable practitionerandnbsp;with excellentandnbsp;classroom managementandnbsp;andandnbsp;differentiationandnbsp;skills
- Demonstrate a commitment toandnbsp;inclusive education,andnbsp;safeguarding, andandnbsp;pupil wellbeing
- Possess strongandnbsp;communication,andnbsp;organisational, andandnbsp;interpersonalandnbsp;skills
- Be passionate aboutandnbsp;lifelong learning,andnbsp;team collaboration, andandnbsp;curriculum innovation
