About the Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for Key Stages 1 and 2
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning
- Quickly adapt to new school settings and establish positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor and support pupil progress
- Actively contribute to wider school life, including extracurricular activities and events where appropriate
The ideal candidate will:
- Qualified teacher (QTS) with hands-on experience in both KS1 and KS2 settings
- Confident, adaptable, and imaginative in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Dedicated to inclusive teaching and upholding the highest standards in safeguarding
- Clear and effective communicator with strong planning and organisational abilities
- Team-oriented and growth-minded, eager to collaborate and continuously develop professionally
