About the Role
A smaller than average school in Fareham is seeking a Year 3/4 class teacher to cover maternity leave starting January 2026. This is a role with full class teacher responsibilities until the end of the academic year in 2026.
You will be responsible for planning, teaching, and assessing a Year 3/4 class, working closely with year group colleagues to ensure consistency and shared planning. The role includes full teaching responsibilities and offers the opportunity to contribute to wider school life.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For
- Qualified Primary Teacher with experience in KS2
- Confident in managing classroom routines and expectations.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Skilled in adapting teaching to meet a range of pupil needs, including SEND.
Requirements
- UK-recognised teaching qualification.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
- Compliance with DfE and Safer Recruitment standards.
