About the Role
Supply Desk is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teachers to work across a variety of primary schools in the Heathfield area. This role is ideal for teachers looking for flexible work, a better workandndash;life balance, or the opportunity to experience different school settings without the full planning and assessment demands of a permanent post.
You will provide high-quality teaching across KS1 and/or KS2, following set lesson plans and supporting pupilsandrsquo; learning in the teacherandrsquo;s absence.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver pre-planned lessons across primary year groups
Create a positive and engaging learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Adapt teaching style to meet the needs of different classes
Provide brief handover notes to the school at the end of the day
Build strong rapport with pupils and staff
About You
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
Confident managing behaviour and supporting diverse needs
Positive, flexible and reliable
A current enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
Right to work in the UK
