As the Year 5 Class Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire and motivate learners.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom where every child feels confident and supported.
- Differentiate learning to challenge and support pupils of all abilities.
- Assess, monitor, and celebrate pupil progress.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Encourage independence, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and work collaboratively with the wider team.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
- A creative, enthusiastic, and reflective approach to teaching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Competitive salary in line with the M1–UPS3 pay scale (pro rata).
