Your Role

As the Year 5 Class Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire and motivate learners.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom where every child feels confident and supported.
• Differentiate learning to challenge and support pupils of all abilities.
• Assess, monitor, and celebrate pupil progress.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Encourage independence, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and work collaboratively with the wider team.

What We''re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• A creative, enthusiastic, and reflective approach to teaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
