Create a positive and purposeful learning environment. Adapt teaching to meet pupils'' individual needs. Monitor learning and provide appropriate feedback. Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupils'' progress. About You You hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. You have a positive and proactive approach to teaching.
