Pay: £170–£260 per day, depending on experience

Supply Desk is working closely with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Chichester, who are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join their team from October.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or ECT looking to develop their career within a supportive and nurturing school environment.

The successful candidate will be passionate about creating engaging lessons, building positive relationships with pupils and helping every child reach their full potential.

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum, assessing pupil progress and creating a positive classroom environment where children feel confident and supported.

You will work closely with colleagues to provide a consistent and inclusive learning experience for all pupils.

The school caters for children aged 4–11 and has a strong reputation within the local community.

It offers a friendly and inclusive environment with supportive leadership and a collaborative team of teachers and support staff. The school is committed to helping every child achieve academically, socially and personally, while also investing in the development of its staff.

• Hold QTS or are an ECT.

• Have experience teaching within a primary school setting.

• Have a strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.

• Can plan and deliver creative, engaging and differentiated lessons.

• Are committed to raising attainment and supporting pupils of all abilities.

• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.

• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

• Are enthusiastic, organised and adaptable.

• Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or are willing to obtain one.

• £170–£260 per day, depending on experience.
