Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher with a passion for working with children in Key Stage 2? We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join a vibrant and welcoming school in St Albans. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the diverse learning needs of Key Stage 2 pupils by using differentiated teaching strategies that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles.
• Foster independence and social development through engaging, interactive activities that promote collaboration and encourage a sense of responsibility within the classroom.
• Ensure the well-being of pupils by attending to their personal care and medical needs, providing a safe and nurturing environment where they feel secure and valued.
• Promote health and well-being by incorporating physical activity, healthy habits, and emotional resilience programmes, helping pupils develop positive habits both in and out of school.
• Support academic progress by delivering targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy, tailored to meet the individual needs of pupils and enhance their skills across all subject areas.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is not required, but is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Key Stage 2.
• A passion for teaching and a genuine desire to inspire and motivate students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment with effective behaviour management.
• Professional references and an enhanced DBS check.
