What We Are Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS (Essential). A passion for working with young people with Autism (ASC) and complex needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families. A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to teaching and learning. A commitment to promoting inclusion and independence for all learners. Willingness to undertake training in Autism-specific strategies and communication approaches (e.g., TEACCH, PECS, Makaton).
