      <description>Location: Lutterworth | Salary: &amp;pound;38000 - &amp;pound;42000/annum Starting from &amp;pound;38,000 | Type: Permanent | Woodfield School    Primary Teacher (SEND/SEMH) Full Time and Permanent Salary: Starting from -38,000 Start: as soon as possible   We are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our community and take on the position of Primary Teacher. The appointed candidate will predominantly work with our younger children (aged 8 to 11). Due to the nature of our provision these pupils are working at EYFS/KS1 level - it would therefore be highly advantageous if you have existing knowledge, experience and/or awareness around the Eary Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.   Key responsibilities of the position will include creating a learning culture &amp; experience for pupils who find it a challenge to engage with a full programme of onsite learning, and to work with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis to reengage them with onsite learning. You will also assist in the managing and developing of a given class and/or a group of pupils, contribute to an appropriate environment for pupil learning and ensure high levels of engagement with staff, pupils, parents and the wider learning communities.
