The school are eager to welcome either a primary or secondary teacher with a passion for inclusion. This post is a maternity cover from November to Summer 2027. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, personalised and differentiated learning to pupils with a range of additional needs, supporting their academic progress, personal development and emotional wellbeing. You will play a key role in creating a positive classroom environment where every pupil feels valued, supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.Support pupils with a variety of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties.Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.Monitor progress and maintain accurate records in line with EHCP targets.Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents and external professionals.Promote positive behaviour, confidence and emotional wellbeing.Adapt ..... full job details .....
