Reeson Education is working on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Hanger Lane to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher to join their team from January 2027.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher to support pupils through their final year of primary school, preparing them for SATs and ensuring they are ready for a successful transition to secondary education.

The Role:

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

• Prepare pupils for their Year 6 SATs, supporting them in achieving their full potential.

• Monitor progress and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.

• Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.

• Support pupils'' academic, social and emotional development.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Has experience teaching in a UK primary school, ideally within Key Stage 2.

• Has a strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum and SATs preparation.

• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and organisational skills.

• Is committed to raising attainment and inspiring pupils to succeed.
