The successful Primary Teacher will take responsibility for a Year 5 class, helping pupils prepare for the transition into Upper KS2 through engaging and well-structured teaching. The school places a strong emphasis on reading, vocabulary development and wider curriculum enrichment.

Key responsibilities for the Primary Teacher include:

• Planning and delivering engaging KS2 lessons

• Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

The ideal Primary Teacher will:

• Hold QTS with recent UK primary teaching experience
• Have strong KS2 curriculum knowledge
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management
• Be organised, reflective and proactive
• Contribute positively to wider school life
