The Role Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the primary curriculum. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Plan, prepare, and assess lessons that support pupil progress and attainment. Support the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff. Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
