This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a specialist setting, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.About the RoleYou will lead a small Year 3/4 class of pupils with SEMH needs, delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that meet individual learning requirements. You will create a nurturing, structured classroom environment where pupils feel safe, valued and motivated to succeed.Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, families and the wider school team, you will play a key role in supporting both the academic progress and emotional wellbeing of pupils.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.Develop positive relationships that support pupils'' emotional regulation and engagement in learning.Implement behaviour support strategies and personalised learning plans.Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress.Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers and external professionals.Promote a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.The Successful Candidate Will HaveQualified Teacher Status (QTS).Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.A strong understanding of ..... full job details .....
