The centre supports a small cohort of approximately 35 to 36 pupils. Rated Good in all areas by Ofsted, the school offers a tailored, nurturing environment to meet the diverse needs of its learners.What We Are Looking ForA qualified Primary Teacher with experience working in SEN or SEMH settingsStrong classroom and behaviour management skillsConfidence in planning and delivering differentiated lessons across the primary curriculumA creative, hands on approach to engaging and inspiring learnersAn understanding of trauma informed practice and supporting disengaged studentsEssential RequirementsQTS or QTLS or equivalent UK teaching qualificationAt least 1 year of experience teaching students with SEN or SEMHA valid Enhanced DBS Child and Adult Workforce registered on the Update ServiceTwo recent professional references ideally from an education settingIdeal ForExperienced SEN or SEMH Primary TeachersEducators with backgrounds in PRUs Alternative Provisions or SEMH schoolsPrimary Teachers seeking a rewarding supportive ..... full job details .....
