You will consistently strive for high-quality learning experiences, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed. Working under the reasonable direction of the Head of School and Senior Leadership Team, you will uphold school policies, contribute to a positive school culture, and take an active role as a committed member of the teaching team. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, differentiated and motivating lessons that support progress, achievement and equality of opportunity for all learners. Plan and prepare purposeful long- and medium-term curriculum plans that ensure continuity, progression and coverage. Create and maintain a positive, well-managed learning environment that fosters high expectations, behaviour standards and constructive relationships. Use assessment effectively to diagnose needs, track progress, set targets and provide accurate, constructive feedback using varied assessment methods.
