Follow the existing curriculum and schemes of work, ensuring continuity and progression in learning. Collaborate with the Key Stage 1 teaching team to plan engaging and inclusive lessons. Assess student progress, provide feedback, and record observations in line with school policies. Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports the development of each child. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a supportive learning community. Uphold the school''s values and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment. Contribute to the wider school community through participation in meetings, events, and professional development activities.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
