Primary Teacher - Supply & Long-Term Roles (Challenging Behaviour Essential)

Pay: -160240 per day (dependent on experience)

We are seeking resilient, confident Primary Teachers for day-to-day, short-term and long-term roles. Many of our schools require strong behaviour management skills and prior experience supporting pupils with SEMH and complex needs.
The Role:

  Deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• 
  Manage challenging behaviour confidently and consistently
• 
  Create a structured, inclusive classroom environment
• 
  Adapt teaching to support SEND and SEMH pupils

Essential Requirements:

• 
  QTS
• 
  Proven experience working in primary schools with challenging behaviour
• 
  Strong classroom management skills
• 
  Calm, resilient and professional approach
