Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum
• Plan, prepare and assess pupils'' work in line with school expectations
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND pupils
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Strong planning and teaching abilities
• Strong understanding of SEND and inclusive practice
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
• Passion for teaching and supporting young learners
