Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the National Curriculum.
• Create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess, monitor and record pupils'' progress.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote positive attitudes to learning.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents to support pupil development.
• Prepare learning resources and maintain accurate records.
• Take part in school meetings, training and other professional development opportunities where required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Previous experience working as a Primary Teacher in UK primary schools.
• Good knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, flexible and proactive approach to teaching.
• A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed.
• An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
