Working closely with the class teacher, you will help create a positive learning environment and assist with pupils'' academic, social, and emotional development.ResponsibilitiesSupport pupils on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, and across whole classesAssist with phonics, reading, writing, and numeracy activitiesHelp plan and prepare learning resourcesPromote positive behaviour and support daily classroom routinesOffer tailored support for pupils with SEND and additional needsSupervise children during activities, transitions, and break timesEncourage engagement, confidence, and independence in learnersRequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (CACHE/NCFE or equivalent)Recent UK school-based experience, ideally within a primary settingGood knowledge of safeguarding and child protectionStrong communication and teamwork skillsA valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain ..... full job details .....
