Job Title: Year 5 Teacher (Long-Term)

Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term
Pay: -166.32 - -240 per day (dependent on teacher pay scale)

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated primary teacher looking for a new opportunity? Academics are currently recruiting for a committed Year 5 Teacher to join a well-regarded primary school in Cwmbran on a long-term basis starting September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to Year 5 pupils.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student development.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Previous experience teaching within a primary school, ideally in Year 5.
• Excellent classroom management and the ability to motivate and inspire learners.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
