Prospero Teaching is delighted to support a well-regarded primary school near Salisbury in recruiting a reliable and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join their team.
About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver high-quality teaching across various year groups, creating engaging lessons and fostering a positive learning environment. You will support pupils'' academic progress, wellbeing, and social development in line with the school''s ethos.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering lessons that meet pupils'' needs and curriculum objectives
- Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
- Adapting quickly to different year groups and class dynamics
- Supporting pupils'' academic progress and social development
- Collaborating with school staff to ensure consistent teaching standards
Contract Details:
- Location: Wiltshire (near Salisbury)
- Position: Primary Teacher
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Type: Permanent or long-term contract
- Salary: M1-6 (dependent on experience)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full school day

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in primary schools, ideally across different year groups
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)
- Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Two professional child-related references
