We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Year 5 Teacher (QTS) to join a supportive and welcoming primary school in Bordesley Green (B9). This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate practitioner to inspire and challenge Key Stage 2 pupils, helping them reach their full potential.

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across the Year 5 curriculum

• Support pupils’ learning in core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science

• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEN

• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and senior leaders

• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers

• Uphold safeguarding, behaviour, and school policies

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching Year 5 / KS2 pupils in a UK primary school

• Strong understanding of curriculum, assessment, and pupil progression

• Excellent classroom management and differentiation skills

• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about child-centred learning

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
