Primary Teacher (Part-Time Maternity Cover) – Fleet, Hampshire
Interaction Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and vibrant primary school in Fleet, Hampshire. This is a maternity cover position starting in October, working Wednesday to Friday on a long-term basis.

Role Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum and school standards.
Foster an inclusive classroom environment that caters to the needs of all learners.
Track and assess pupil progress, offering constructive feedback and support.
Work collaboratively with fellow teachers on curriculum planning and school initiatives.
Maintain strong communication with parents and carers regarding student progress and wellbeing.
Uphold the school’s values of respect, kindness, and responsibility both inside and outside the classroom.
Participate in school events, extra-curricular activities, and professional training sessions.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A genuine passion for primary education and nurturing young learners.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
Previous experience in a primary setting.
Strong classroom management and organisational abilities.
Willingness to continue growing professionally and contribute to the wider school community.
