This role involves covering all primary year groups (EYFS to Year 6) across a variety of different environments on days that suit you. We offer day to day, long-term and permanent placements. Day to day work is great for someone who''s looking for a flexible working schedule and can often lead to long-term and permanent positions!

The perfect candidate will be able to:

• Deliver engaging lessons across all primary year groups, following the school’s curriculum
• Ensure smooth classroom management and provide a positive learning environment for all students
• Support students'' learning and development during the absence of regular teachers
• Follow lesson plans and adjust teaching methods to suit the needs of the class
• Collaborate with staff to ensure continuity of student learning and well-being

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching in primary schools, particularly in a flexible or supply role (desirable)
• A strong understanding of the primary curriculum
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• The ability to be flexible and adaptable across different year groups and teaching situations
• A positive and proactive attitude to teaching and student engagement
